Our Staff

Dr. Nathan Crain, D.C.


is a product of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Biology, he went on to pursue a doctorate in chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College. Dr. Crain has experience working with everyone from Ironman tri-athletes, division 1-baseball players, marathon runners, Crossfitters, and active individuals just trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle. As a former collegiate soccer player, and 3-year varsity high school soccer coach, Dr. Crain understands the world of sports performance and aims to translate that knowledge in the most accessible way possible for patients of all skill levels. In his free time he enjoys outdoor adventure activities and playing soccer. He is certified in RockTape level 1 & 2, a Certified Functional Strength Coach, and is an Athletic Movement Assessment practitioner.

Dr. Eugene M. Su DC, MAOM, Yoga Teacher


was born and raised in Northern Virginia, and graduated with honors from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Science of Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise. He furthered his health and wellness education at Southern California University with a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Doctorate in Chiropractic, and he later achieved his Yoga license to teach and assist classes. Dr. Su is a third generation practitioner of Oriental Medicine in his family lineage. He combines his Far Eastern philosophy & background with his Western science education to formulate a personalized plan of care that will meet your needs.

Dr. Broadwin Adesegun, DPT

Physical Therapist, Beyond Wellness LLC

Dr. Adesegun is originally from Ghana and came to Washington, D.C. at age 6.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2002 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2005.  Dr. Adesegun has over 11 years of experience in successfully managing rehabilitation programs with all therapy disciplines.  She’s also experienced in women’s health, lymphedema, sports medicine, and inpatient neurological rehabilitation.  She has a passion for prevention, and one of her favorite sayings is “prehab before you rehab!”  Dr. Adesegun describes herself as “small but mighty” as she played power forward in basketball, she enjoys powerlifting, and she was known for her shot put and discus skills.  On her days off, you can find Dr. Adesegun dancing, hosting parties, and spending time with family watching movies.

Susan Waldo, P.T.


is a licensed physical therapist with 25+ years of experience and previously worked and trained alongside Applied Kinesiologist Dr. Luke Pietrantone, DC at the Broadlands, VA office.
She is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston and she enjoys running, biking, and skiing in her free time. Beyond Wellness is excited to add her expertise and knowledge to the team and strives to continually diversify and advance our practices for you and your family.

Yueh Yee Wong, PT, DPT, CMTPT

Physical Therapist, Beyond Wellness LLC

grew up in Northern Virginia and studied Psychology at George Mason University. She furthered her education on health and wellness at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York, before attaining her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Miami. Dr. Wong enjoys working with patients of all ages utilizing one of her favorite techniques, Dry Needling, for painful trigger points. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her husband, son, and retired greyhound.

Newton Lee L.Ac., Dipl.Ac. (NCCAOM)

ACUPUNCTURE, Five Elements Acupuncture L.L.C.

is a Korean-American, born in Fairfax, Virginia USA. His father, a doctor of Naturopathy and an apprentice of acupuncture introduced him to oriental medicine. He received his B.S. degree in Psychology from James Madison University. His studies of acupuncture and oriental medicine began at the Tai Sophia Institute, a graduate school for alternative healing. He studied under many established practitioners with origins from all over the world including China, Korean, Japan, France, Russia and Italy.
