Mental performance coaching is a process, just like training your physical skills, when working on your mental game you need consistency. Implementing mental performance coaching in a proactive manner can prove to be valuable to anyone. Athletes are so quick to work on their physical skills, yet they often neglect the mental aspect.

Sports mental training provides athletes with the tools they need to improve concentration and focus. To avoid distractions, deal with constantly changing arousal levels. This in turn will increase the athlete’s confidence, attitude and improve team dynamics as well as intra-team cohesion.

Michele Terner

Michele is a level 3 Usui Reiki practitioner who has also studied at the Rhys Thomas Institute of Energy Medicine. She is Certified in Healer Training Program Level 1 and 2 (Full Spectrum Healing).

The crystal bowls have a sound frequency that create a meditative – relaxing environment where the client can become more aware of issues that relate to beliefs that have turned into vows that are no longer serving the client. New vows can be developed to release the old vows that are not serving the client. Ultimately the client can achieve a deeper sense of self and become more aligned with his/her soul through continued Full Spectrum Healing Sessions.

The practitioner will recharge clear and rebalance the chakras that are in an unbalanced or in a disharmonious state due to trauma or stress. The client is fully clothed and lays on a massage table during the session.

Carol Bonnafe
Sound Bath Practitioner

Carol is a certified Sound Bath Practitioner through The Sound Healers Academy. Carol is also a certified leadership and life coach.

In a Sound Bath, you will be guided where you will be listening to healing tones, harmonies, and amazing sound vibrations all around you. By the tones and frequencies played, you will relax your mind states, taking them from an active mind state (beta brainwaves) to a deeply relaxed state (alpha or theta brainwaves).

Certain tones are created by the Alchemy Crystal bowls that trigger stress release, emotional release, and physical healing in the body. The body releases the "feel good" chemicals of endorphins, serotonin and dopamine in order to create heightened states of well-being.

Carol's Sound Baths include Alchemy Crystal bowls and other instruments that create healing tones and sound frequencies to vibrate the cells in the body, bringing the body back to homeostasis and healing harmony.
