  • Dr. Chris Rahbar, D.C, CSCS

    CHIROPRACTOR, Elite Sports Chiropractic & Rehab L.L.C.

    Dr. Rahbar’s treatment philosophy encompasses a holistic and comprehensive approach combining chiropractic, functional health, targeted nutrition and supplementation to achieve the best possible patient outcomes; the exact same holistic philosophy he applies to his own health. Dr. Rahbar practices what he preaches when it comes to chiropractic and wellness. He was invited to and competed in the USA Bobsled Olympic Trials; National Push Championships at 33 years old.

    Dr. Rahbar received his doctorate in Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida where he studied diversified, gonstead, thompson, flexion distraction, and soft tissue techniques. He has experience treating a wide variety of populations including families, professional athletes, office workers, weekend warriors and anyone who wants to improve their health. Dr. Rahbar has a strong background in sports performance, injury prevention and rehabilitation. He enjoys sharing this knowledge with his patients so that they, too, can achieve their goals.

    Dr. Rahbar was born and raised in Northern Virginia. He went on to James Madison University and received a B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in Coaching Education. He furthered his passion in exercise by becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) while spending several hundred hours coaching with JMU’s Strength and Conditioning staff. Additionally, he was offered a walk-on spot to the football team as a wide receiver/athlete. During his final semester at JMU he spent time as a high school soccer coach.

    In his free time, Dr. Rahbar enjoys lifting weights, sprinting and catching up on the latest scientific research so that he can better help his patients.
