Our Team

Dr. Chris Rahbar, D.C, CSCS

CHIROPRACTOR, Elite Sports Chiropractic & Rehab L.L.C.

Dr. Chris was born and raised in Northern Virginia and went to high school in McLean. He went on to James Madison University and received a B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in Coaching Education. He furthered his passion in exercise by becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) while spending several hundred hours interning with JMU’s Strength and Conditioning staff predominantly working with the volleyball and basketball teams. Additionally, he was offered a walk-on spot to the football team as a wide receiver/athlete. During his final semester at JMU he spent time as a high school soccer coach.

Dr. Chris continued his education and received his doctorate in Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida where he studied diversified, gonstead, thompson, flexion distraction, and soft tissue techniques. While in school and in private practice he has experience working on everyone from MMA fighters, collegiate and semi-pro athletes, crossfitters, weekend warriors and people who want to live a more healthy and active life. Dr. Chris has a strong background in sports performance and injury prevention/rehabilitation and enjoys sharing this knowledge with his patients so that they too can achieve their goals.

In his free time, Dr. Chris enjoys lifting weights, running routes, catching up on the latest scientific research and reading self-help books to continually grow so that he can better serve his patients.
